By participating in the SoundGear Giveaway you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Eligibility
- Open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. No purchase
necessary. Void where prohibited by law.
- Entry Period
- Entries will be accepted from 12:00 AM Central Time on October 3rd, 2026, through 11:59
PM
Central Time on October 3rd, 2026.
- How to Enter
- To enter, scan the QR code provided on promotional flyers distributed at the event and
complete the entry form with your name, phone number, email address, and zip code. Limit
one
entry per person.
- Winner Selection and Notification
- One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be
notified
via email by October 19th, 2026.
- Prize
- One set of SoundGear Shield will be awarded to one selected winner. Approximate retail
value: $399. Taxes, if any, will be the sole responsibility of winner. No cash or other
prize substitution shall be permitted.
- Use of Personal Information
- By entering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information (name,
phone
number, email, and zip code) for marketing purposes. This information will be stored in
Starkey's owned CRM system (Dynamics) and may be used for future targeted marketing.
Your
information will not be shared with third parties, including external agencies.
- General Conditions
- Starkey reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud,
technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity or proper functioning of the
giveaway.
- Limitation on Liability
- Winner agrees that Sponsor, its affiliates, agents and employees shall have no liability
in
connection with the acceptance or use of prizes awarded.
