Official Giveaway Rules

By participating in the SoundGear Shield Giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility Open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by law.
2. Entry Period Entries will be accepted from 12:00 AM Central Time on January 22, 2026, through 11:59 PM Central Time on January 24, 2026.
3. How to Enter To enter, scan the QR code provided on promotional flyers distributed at the Reno hunting event and complete the entry form with your name, phone number, email address, and zip code. Limit one entry per person.
4. Winner Selection and Notification One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified via email by February 4, 2026.
5. Prize One SoundGear Shield product will be awarded to the selected winner. Approximate retail value: $399. Taxes, if any, will be the sole responsibility of winner. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted.
6. Use of Personal Information By entering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information (name, phone number, email, and zip code) for marketing purposes. This information will be stored in Starkey's owned CRM system (Dynamics) and may be used for future targeted marketing. Your information will not be shared with third parties, including external agencies.
7. General Conditions Starkey reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.
8. Limitation on Liability Winner agrees that Sponsor, its affiliates, agents and employees shall have no liability in connection with the acceptance or use of prizes awarded.
