By participating in the SoundGear Giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility

Open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry who are legal residents of the United States. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by law. Hood can only be shipped to an address in the continental US.

Entry Period

Entries will be accepted from 12:00 AM Central Time on April 7, 2026, through 11:59 PM Central Time on November 14, 2026.

How to Enter

To enter, complete the entry form on SoundGear.com with your name, phone number, email adtress, and zip code. Limit one entry per person.

Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via email on or before November 30, 2026.

Prize

One (1) race-used car hood signed by driver William Sawalich. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,500. ARV is an estimate determined by Sponsor in good faith; actual fair market value may vary. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. Prize is non-transferable. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. If required by applicable law, the winner may be required to provide tax information (including a completed IRS Form W-9) prior to prize fulfillment.

Use of Personal Information

By entering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information (name, phone number, email adtress, and zip code) for giveaway administration and marketing purposes. This information will be stored in Starkey’s owned CRM system (Dynamics) and may be used for future targeted marketing communications. Your information will not be shared with third parties, including external agencies.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.

Limitation on Liability

By participating, entrants agree that Sponsor, its affiliates, agents, and employees shall have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

To obtain the name of the winner, send a written request, within 60 days after the giveaway end date, along with a self-adtressed, stamped envelope, to:
